Here at Slate Hair Studio, we strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact us within five days of your original appointment.
COLOR ADJUSTMENTS

No call/no shows will be charged 100 % percent of the cost of the service(s) scheduled.
NO CALL / NO SHOWS
Slate Hair Studio has a 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late for your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely, in which case a no show fee will apply.
LATENESS
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or service(s) changes to your appointment. If a cancellation falls within 24 hours of your appointment you are subject to a 50 % charge of all services. If a cancellation falls the day of your appointment you are subject to an 100 % charge of all services.
